Job Title: Web Development & Performance Manager

The Location: Remote - US

The Impact: The Web Development & Performance Manager owns the Accuris corporate website as a revenue-generating marketing channel, accountable for how effectively it attracts, engages, and converts visitors as well as for its technical health, performance, and day-to-day execution. By continuously optimizing content, page structure, calls-to-action, and conversion flows, this role drives measurable growth in website-sourced leads and the site's contribution to pipeline. The role partners closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Design, IT, and external agencies to keep our websites secure and fast while improving how effectively they convert visitors into leads.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the corporate website as a revenue-generating channel, with accountability for engagement, conversion rates, and the site's contribution to lead generation and pipeline
  • Drive a continuous optimization program: audit and refresh content, evaluate page layouts, CTAs, forms, and conversion flows, and prioritize improvements based on performance data
  • Manage and maintain WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, hosting environments, platform updates, security, and uptime monitoring
  • Build and modify pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP, implementing updates, landing pages, and new page builds with attention to visitor flow, page structure, and conversion intent
  • Own Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, including event tracking, form tracking, attribution, and campaign measurement, and manage marketing technology integrations to ensure accurate conversion tracking
  • Monitor site health, page speed, and Core Web Vitals, and support SEO, GEO, and AEO initiatives through technical website optimization

What We're Looking For:
  • 3-5 years of experience managing WordPress websites as a marketing or lead generation channel, including hands-on optimization of content, pages, and conversion flows
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with familiarity in PHP, and hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, including tracking implementation and validation
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (hypotheses, A/B or iterative testing), technical SEO, performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals
  • Preferred: experience supporting B2B SaaS, technology, engineering, or industrial organizations; HubSpot, Salesforce, or other marketing automation platforms; web personalization, A/B testing platforms, or AI-powered optimization tools
  • Strong attention to detail with a clear eye for layout, content hierarchy, and user-facing consistency
  • Data-informed and outcome-oriented, treating the website as a performing marketing channel rather than a static property
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve website issues independently
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, design, IT, and external agencies
