  • Engage actively in the recruitment and selection of Wealth Advisors for the team.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with colleagues while ensuring FINRA supervision, auditing, and financial reporting for the team.
  • Oversee management tasks for support colleagues assigned to the team.
  • Ensure compliance in regulatory record keeping and supervise group presentations and performance evaluations.
  • Identify mentoring opportunities for the team regarding investment and insurance products and Financial Advisors' prospecting.
  • Conduct reviews of specific trades to maintain oversight and compliance.

Wealth Regional Director

Responsibilities
  • Manage, mentor and direct a team of 20 +/- Wealth Advisors in an assigned market or region.
  • Proactive participation in the recruitment and selection of assigned team.
  • Build positive relationships with internal colleagues, provide FINRA supervision, auditing, reporting and results for team relative to assigned financial budget.
  • Responsible for the management of any support colleagues assigned to this team.
  • Responsible for all regulatory record keeping and files, group presentations, performance management and specific trade review/supervision.
  • Required to identify and mentor team to additional investment/insurance product opportunities and Financial Advisors prospecting in region.

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: M-F/8-5

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to, the budget, the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
