Serve as the primary advisor to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored wealth strategies that drive long-term financial success. You'll lead client relationships end-to-end, partnering with internal specialists to provide integrated solutions across investments, banking, and trust services. This role offers strong growth potential through business development and deep client engagement.
Key Accountabilities- Drive new business by sourcing and converting high net worth/ultra high net worth prospects through referrals, COIs, and community engagement.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
- Lead comprehensive wealth planning strategies, including investments, lending, estate planning, and philanthropy.
- Partner with internal specialists to deliver coordinated, holistic client solutions.
- Conduct regular client reviews, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to meet evolving needs.
- Ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Track pipeline activity and client data using CRM tools to support growth and reporting.
Education & ExperienceRequired:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in private wealth, private banking, or trust/estate advisory
- Proven success in business development, client retention, and relationship management
- At least one of the following licenses or certifications: CFP, ChFC, CWS, CTFA, or FINRA Series 7/66
Preferred:- Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

$131,460.00 - $225,360.00 per year
