  • Drive new business by sourcing and converting high net worth/ultra high net worth prospects through referrals, COIs, and community engagement.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
  • Lead comprehensive wealth planning strategies, including investments, lending, estate planning, and philanthropy.
  • Partner with internal specialists to deliver coordinated, holistic client solutions.
  • Conduct regular client reviews, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to meet evolving needs.
  • Ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Track pipeline activity and client data using CRM tools to support growth and reporting.

Full Job Description
Serve as the primary advisor to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored wealth strategies that drive long-term financial success. You'll lead client relationships end-to-end, partnering with internal specialists to provide integrated solutions across investments, banking, and trust services. This role offers strong growth potential through business development and deep client engagement.

The pay range represents anticipated base pay for this role. Actual pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, work location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.

$131,460.00 - $225,360.00 per year
