LimnoTech is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically proficient individual to manage the annual project tracking, quantification, and verification process in support of multiple Fortune 500 corporate water stewardship programs. This role is critical for ensuring the integrity and timely compilation of project data, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners regarding annual project metrics. In addition to supporting LimnoTech's water stewardship practice area, the successful candidate may also support projects in LimnoTech's other service areas.
Position Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work closely with other team members to support a variety of project work. The candidate will be based in one of LimnoTech's primary office locations (Ann Arbor, Los Angeles, Oakdale, or DC).
Primary responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end annual water stewardship project tracking process, including partner outreach and data compilation in support of quantification and verification conducted by technical team members, aligned with guidance in volumetric water benefit accounting (VWBA 2.0).
• Serve as the primary specialist for corporate-level water stewardship data management. Ensure accurate documentation of operational water footprints, volumetric water benefits, and other water stewardship data sets.
• Support cross-functional corporate client teams and stakeholders to ensure program success. Synthesize and present technical information to corporate audiences.
• Coordinate and manage internal project teams to check in on progress and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with external partners (i.e., water stewardship project implementers) to collect, document, and file annual project reporting evidence. Ensure data are incorporated into annual documentation of volumetric and multi-benefits.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and updates to client and internal team workflows for multiple, simultaneous initiatives. Confirm that deliverables align with client-specific requirements, protocols, and priorities.
• Coordinate (and potentially support) technical data tasks such as maintaining and operating data ecosystems (scripts, workflows, and data tables), configuring dashboards to align with water stewardship targets, and proactively monitoring and troubleshooting workflow errors.
• Optimize and streamline water stewardship annual tracking program processes, including communications, reporting, and partner coordination. Track progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient solutions such as automation of the outreach process for annual tracking.

Desired Qualifications & Skills
• B.S. or B.A. (or graduate degree) in a relevant discipline (e.g., environmental science, engineering, data science, sustainability, business administration)
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex data sets, annual data collection, data management and project tracking processes
• 3-5 years of technical program or project management experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of and interest in environmental sustainability metrics, water stewardship, or large-scale corporate environmental programs is highly desirable
• Strong technical background in data management, including expertise in working with large datasets, spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), and data analysis tools (R, Python, SQL, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, necessary to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including external project partners
• Comfortable coordinating with external partners and internal teams
• Experience in NGOs, mission-driven organizations, or corporate sustainability programs is a plus
• Must be legally able to work in the U.S. for any employer (proper documentation is required).

The salary for this position will be determined based on the candidate's years and type of experience, degrees earned, office location, and fit with job requirements, and is expected to range between $75,000 and $110,000 annually.
