The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and optimizing warehouse operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate movement, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods. This role oversees inventory management, receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics activities while driving operational excellence, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Warehouse Supervisor provides both strategic and hands-on leadership, ensuring high levels of customer service, inventory accuracy, productivity, and cost efficiency. This position plays a critical role in supporting business objectives through effective warehouse management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
This position supports first-shift schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with flexibility required to cover overtime during the week based on business needs.
What Will You Do?- Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient material flow to meet business and customer requirements.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance, resolving issues, optimizing warehouse layouts, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards while fostering a strong culture of workplace safety.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless operational execution.
- Analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost performance.

What Qualifications Will Make You Successful? - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations, including leadership responsibilities.
- 3+ years of experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and material handling processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive process optimization, operational improvements, and transformation initiatives while managing complex priorities.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, ERP systems, and inventory control tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
