Summary

The Warehouse Security & Facilities Manager is a multi-functional role responsible for ensuring site security and maintaining facility operations. This position will manage third-party service providers, and support
continuous improvement in workplace security, and maintenance programs.


Essential Functions

  • Manage contracted 3PL security providers and ensure effective access control, surveillance, and alarm monitoring

  • Oversee incident response, investigations, and timely reporting to appropriate business units.

  • Coordinate with leadership on security upgrades, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.

  • Provide supervision and guidance to on-site security personnel as needed.


Additional Responsibilities

  • Update SOPs as required and review weekly cost.

  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all security-related matters.

  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Management, Preferred
