Position Responsibilitiesaa

  • Maintain supporting project management data, including project plans, project schedules, project budgets, actionaplans,alaborahours, etc.ain support of Project Managers.a
  • Responsibleafor collecting,aorganizing, and analyzingadata to supportadeliverable development,apurchasingaactivities,ainvoicing,aand project reporting.a
  • Develop reports on work performed and / or equipment delivered in multiple formats as requested by the Program and Project Manager.a
  • Work with Account Managers to respond to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotes (RFQ), Requests for Proposals (RFP,)aand other relevant requests.a
  • Work with customers to complete required Government forms, asarequired.a
  • Problem solver /aself-starter who is willing to develop processes or methods where noneaexistatoaaccomplishaa task.a
  • Coordinate contract deliverables, documentation, and reporting requirements to supportaallafacetsaof theaProgram Management Office (PMO)adirectly inasupport ofaallaverticalsawithinaPersistentaSystems.a
  • Assistawithadailyadutiesathatasupport PMO objectivesainasupport of company priorities.a
  • Liaise withatheaprogramaand project managersawithin the PMOathat supportadifferentafocus areas.aAct asatheaprimaryapointaof contactathatacoordinates,aorganizesaand alignsaprogrammaticaeffortsain line withatheaPMOagoals.a

Job Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualificationsa

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or similar fields or equivalent experiencea
  • Experience with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system (ex. Infor CSI or similar) performing typical accounting and procurement activitiesa
  • Experience supporting projects, technology, technical writing, and proposal writinga
  • Experience with network and communications systemsa
  • Experience withaAdobe,aMS Project,aMS Teams,aMS Excel, and MS Worda
  • Demonstrated experience managing simultaneous tasks and competing prioritiesa
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)a
  • Must be available to travel 20-30% of the timea
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skillsa
  • Ability to work with multiple departments within the organization toaaccomplishatasksa
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmenta

Preferred Qualificationsa

  • Master'sadegree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar field or equivalent experiencea
  • Must have a United States Secret level security clearance or be able to obtain onea
  • Experience with the DoD Acquisition Process, understanding of the product life cyclea

The base pay for this role can vary from $77,000 to $96,000 a year based on individual qualifications. Eligibility for yearly discretionary bonus.
