Warehouse Operations Supervisor - Quality and Inventory Control

Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. While this is a salaried position, flexibility to work beyond these hours may be required as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities and support business demands.

About the Role

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment? Ingram Micro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor - Quality and Inventory Control to lead daily warehouse operations while driving safety, productivity, quality, inventory control and operational excellence.

In this role, you'll support and drive the efforts to control and maintain high quality of product that has been refurbished. You will also support the inventory control practices that are in place to maintain the highest levels of inventory accuracy. You'll lead warehouse associates, oversee inventory and operational workflows, and help ensure customer expectations are met through continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations of assigned areas/department, including, but not limited to, quality control and inventory control
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and service objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate schedules to optimize workflow, warehouse capacity, and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and established inventory control procedures. Escalate any inventory related matters in a timely manner.
  • Ensure materials and technology assets are properly moved to correct locations - both physically and systematically, and according to company standards,
  • Monitor quality of the finished product, provide feedback in real-time, and ensure that any issues are escalated in a timely manner.
  • Maintain compliance with warehouse safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company operating procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues while serving as the primary escalation point for warehouse associates.
  • Monitor KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, diagnostic throughput, and shipping performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure warehouse equipment, facilities, testing stations, and work areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and organized condition.


What You Will Bring to This Role
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse, distribution center, logistics, supply chain, or IT asset disposition (ITAD) experience, including at least 3 years in warehouse operations and 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience leading warehouse teams in high-volume, fast-paced distribution, fulfillment, refurbishment, or reverse logistics environments.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control, inventory management, warehouse operations, material flow processes, and quality standards.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control, quality control, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate frontline employees while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple operational demands.
  • Experience driving process improvements that increase productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to make sound decisions, resolve operational challenges, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for training.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $66,100.00 - $105,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
