Job Title: Wage & Hour Attorney
Location: Irvine, CA
Salary Range: $245,000-$270,000
Overview: The Irvine office is seeking attorneys with five or more years of experience to join its wage and hour litigation team. This role involves managing high-exposure wage and hour cases while taking on meaningful responsibility.
Key Responsibilities: - Litigate wage and hour claims under state and federal law.
- Manage matters from start to resolution, including drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery, and taking or defending depositions.
- Participate in representative actions and analyze compliance issues such as exemption classifications, pay calculations, meal/rest period practices, and other statutory claims.
Qualifications: - JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission to practice in California.
- Five or more years of wage and hour litigation experience.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
