Job Title: Wage & Hour Attorney

Location: Irvine, CA

Salary Range: $245,000-$270,000

Overview:

The Irvine office is seeking attorneys with five or more years of experience to join its wage and hour litigation team. This role involves managing high-exposure wage and hour cases while taking on meaningful responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Litigate wage and hour claims under state and federal law.
  • Manage matters from start to resolution, including drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery, and taking or defending depositions.
  • Participate in representative actions and analyze compliance issues such as exemption classifications, pay calculations, meal/rest period practices, and other statutory claims.
