  • Partner across departments to create seamless experiences from the start of a customer relationship through the end of the term or agreement.
  • Bring thought leadership and subject matter expertise to strategy discussions, effectiveness measurement, journey mapping, and multi-channel support approaches.
  • Collaborate with peers and business partners to reduce customer and dealer effort while advancing transformation goals.
  • Coach, develop, and support team members to build capability, strengthen performance, and grow future leaders.
  • Translate strategy into action by leading implementation, monitoring progress, and measuring outcomes that matter.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in automotive protection products and financial services servicing.
  • Lead communication and change management efforts that help teams align, adapt, and adopt new ways of working.
  • Support high-priority operational or compliance matters, including short-term remediation and improvement efforts when needed.
  • Build bench strength by sharing knowledge and helping identify future talent within the team and across Service Operations and VPP organizations.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in automotive or insurance industries
  • Leadership experience, including organizational leadership, stakeholder influence, cross-functional alignment, and project execution.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a broad range of internal and external partners and work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Experience managing projects successfully to meet deadlines, provide deliverables, and adhere to budgets.
  • Strong ability to apply lessons learned from past experiences and work through complex changes/situations in a consistently evolving work environment.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate priorities and build alignment across diverse partners.
  • Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and support thoughtful decision-making.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to travel up to 5% as business needs require
