In this high-impact leadership role, you will be the architect of our data-driven future. You will go beyond executing analytics to shaping the roadmap for sales enablement, marketing, and product evolution
What You'll Do- Act as an expert at presenting complex data narratives to clients, identifying white-space opportunity and solving critical business pain points
- Proficient at developing executive-ready presentations and data dashboards that translate technical insights into compelling stories for non-technical stakeholders
- Develop innovative analytical solutions that drive actionable insights to enrich a variety of revenue driving functions such as sales enablement, customer lifetime value, and market penetration
- Proven ability to package internal data assets into products and services that are value added to clients
- Proactively influences business decision on product development by synthesizing industry trends, customer behaviors and internal analytics
- Architects and oversees robust, scalable data pipelines and reporting frameworks to support the full suite of Equifax income and employment verification products
- Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring mid-level analysts and engineers, setting the bar for technical rigor and "curiosity-driven" innovation
Qualifications- 10+ years of experience of managing teams of analytical consultants, data analysts, data engineers and data scientists
- Deep knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, etc.
- A Master's or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a highly quantitative field is preferred
- Data analytics experience in Financial Services industry is preferred
- Work experience with regulated data is preferred
