The Head of Talent Acquisition for North America will be tasked with leading a large recruiting function (team of approximately 50 employees) within a fast-paced and complex matrixed organization. The role is an opportunity to set and drive the recruiting strategy while building and maturing the Talent Acquisition leadership team. The right candidate will be a future-facing leader that can adapt and evolve the Talent Acquisition function to meet the needs of the organization
Position Responsibilities: - Serve as a key member of the TA leadership team, working in concert with peers as visible and vocal champions of an phenomenal TA experience
- Directs and oversees all strategic recruitment and employment programs according to organizational development. Uses market trends, benchmarks, and industry best practices to continuously review and improve the recruiting organization.
- Partner with and influence both HR stakeholders and the executive team to develop and execute the North American talent acquisition strategy as a driver of business strategy.
- Create and implement initiatives for staffing programs, processes and policies according to organizational human resources strategies. Vice President, Talent Acquisition, NA and EMEA.
- Develop and lead recruiting organization to implement strategic recruitment and employment programs and deliver exceptional candidate experience.
- Establish and implement progress tracking systems and accountability measures to ensure that the recruiting organization is continually meeting its goals.
Required Qualifications:The successful candidate will have senior-level leadership experience in a dynamic, high-energy environment, working to establish and drive a high-performance function. They will be able to balance big picture thinking and execution with a record of driving meaningful change and collaborating effectively with executives and the business to design and execute innovative and operational initiatives. In addition, the following experiences are sought:
- Experience maturing TA functions by implementing more effective processes, platforms, and technologies.
- Experience delivering at scale.
- Experiencing owning relationships with business leaders, acting as a strategic advisor, and managing relationship owners as well.
- Experience leading a team of high-performing TA professionals, supporting their growth by identifying their strengths and gaps, and providing coaching and development.
