Broadridge is hiring a VP, Strategy and Business Development to join our Global Technology and Operations Business. In this role you will manage the strategic, long-range business planning as well as other business development activities supporting Capital Markets. You will recommend the allocation of resources to existing businesses, the acquisition of new businesses, and the disposition of existing businesses.

Our Global Technology and Operations (GTO) Business Unit

Broadridge offers a suite of advanced real-time transaction processing services that automate the securities transaction lifecycle, from desktop productivity tools, data aggregation, performance reporting, and portfolio management to order capture and execution, trade confirmation, settlement, and accounting. Our services help financial institutions efficiently and cost-effectively consolidate their books and records, gather and service assets under management, focus on their core businesses, and manage risk. With multi-currency capabilities, our Global Processing Solution supports real-time global trading of equity, option, mutual fund, and fixed income securities in established and emerging markets. In addition, our operations outsourcing solutions allow broker-dealers to outsource certain administrative functions relating to clearing and settlement, from order entry to trade matching and settlement, while maintaining their ability to finance and capitalize their business.

Job Description:
  • You will participate in creating, leading, implementing and managing the Global Technology Organization short and long term growth initiatives with primary focus on revenue generation and profitability.
  • Develop new market initiatives and assess business opportunities.
  • Participate in the development and leading initiatives in sourcing, managing, and implementing new business opportunities in collaboration with the Global Technology Organization business unit leaders and corporate M&A team.
  • Participate in governance and monitoring of execution of the business development initiatives to ensure business performance and compliance.
  • Perform financial feasibility studies and recommend new business opportunities
  • Engage in leading technologies including tokenized assets and artificial intelligence
  • Participate in identifying, developing, and leading new market, product and growth opportunities in conjunction with the Global Technology Organization management team and business unit leaders.
  • Identify market, client and industry trends that impact the Global Technology Organization growth plans and recommend solutions.
  • Identify and qualify attractive market segments, adjacencies to invest for growth
  • Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders across business units, corporate functions to support alignment of Global Technology Organization strategies.
  • Organize, create, and present ideas in an effective, concise way to all levels of management, including C-Suite level.


Qualifications Required:
  • Minimum 10 years financial/securities industry experience in Capital Markets
  • Prior strategy experience from a top tier consulting firm is a plus
  • Ability to synthesize complex concepts and present information in a completing manner
  • Knowledge of Tokenized Assets and impact to financial services preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills with focus on actions and outcomes
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and business units
  • Proven capability to interact with executives internally and externally
  • Ability to participate in multiple projects in parallel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $210,000 - $230,000.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
