Full Job Description
VP, Sales & Go-to-Market

Full-time, On-site • Sandy Springs, GA • Reports to the President & COO and the Chairman & CEO

The Role

This is the founding commercial leadership role at BroadPeak Mobility - the leader responsible for revenue and results. You are the person who personally gets in front of fleet buyers, sits across the table from dealer principals and franchise prospects, and builds the partnerships with large brands that become the commercial foundation of the business.

In Year 1 this is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves hunter's seat - you build the pipeline and close the deals yourself. As the business scales, you will build and lead the commercial organization. You will report to the President & COO and the Chairman & CEO, and work closely with them on major accounts, strategic partnerships, and pricing and contract terms. You are also expected to build the structure the commercial engine runs on - the compensation and incentive plans, the territory and coverage model, the CRM and playbook - and to use AI and automation to sell more, serve better, and deliver results the business can count on.

Your First 18 Months
  • Warm the pipeline before launch - get in front of decision-makers across all target verticals before first vehicleavailability, building named relationships no later entrant can buy their way into.
  • Close the first direct B2B fleet accounts - QSR operators, golf courses, agricultural businesses, campus fleets, and last-mile couriers.
  • Sign the first franchise and dealer cohort - starting in Georgia, Florida, and Texas - and expand intoadditionalmarkets as the network grows.
  • Activate the first brand and corporate partnerships with large fleet operators, QSR chains, logisticscompanies, and commercial property groups who want toprivate-labelthe vehicle.
  • Build the B2B sales playbook and commercial infrastructure - pricing, ROI models, CRM, compensation and incentive structure, and an AI-enabled prospecting-to-onboarding workflow.
  • Stand up the parts, service, and software-subscription attachmotion so every placement carries recurring revenue, and feed field learning back into pricing, positioning, and product.

What You Will Own
  • Direct fleet sales. Personally open and close B2B fleet accounts across all six target verticals, carrying deals from first conversation to signature and coordinating with the President & COO and theChairmanon terms and structure.
  • Dealer & franchise network - all 50 states. Own network development nationwide: define market areas / areas of responsibility, prioritize markets, recruit and vet candidates against a formal profile, negotiate and execute franchise and sales-&-service agreements, and coach partners to healthy unit sales and fixed-operations (parts & service) performance - all within state franchise and dealer-licensing requirements and the company's FDD framework.

  • Brand & corporate partnerships. Identify, pitch, and close large brand partners who deploy private-labeled vehicles at scale - QSR chains, logisticscompanies, commercial property groups, and corporate fleets.
  • Channel revenue. Drive the full revenue stack through the channel - new vehicles, parts, and software / service subscriptions - attaching recurring, higher-margin revenue to every placement.
  • Sales infrastructure,AI& automation. Design the commercial operating structure - comp and incentive plans, territory and coverage model,CRMand pipeline, and the B2B playbook - and use AI across prospecting, outreach, proposals, follow-up, and onboarding to run a lean, high-output motion. Own forecasting and pipeline discipline.
  • Field intelligence. Surface what buyers in each vertical want, need, and object to, and translate it into input for pricing, positioning, and product.

Target Verticals
  • Last-mile delivery - QSR chains, food and pharmacy delivery, parcel couriers, florists, and grocery operators.
  • Golf courses and resorts - pro shops, beverage carts, groundsmaintenance, and clubhouselogistics.
  • Agriculture - farm supply transport, vineyard and orchardlogistics, and harvest support.
  • Campus andfacility -universities, hospitals, corporate campuses, and airports.
  • Tradesand smallbusiness - plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, andgroundscrews.
  • Government and municipal - parks departments, military bases, and public-worksfleets.

What You Bring
  • Ideal background. You come from the EV, low-speed-vehicle, golf cart / PTV / utility-vehicle, or commercial last-mile world, with a working network in dealer, distributor, franchise, or fleet-buyer circles. You'vedone this work yourself, not just managed a team that did it.
  • The non-negotiable. A demonstrated personaltrack recordof closing B2B relationships through direct effort - across fleet accounts, dealer or franchise networks, and brand or corporate partnerships.
  • Dealer & franchise development. Hands-on experience in dealer network development and franchise sales - AOR / territory planning, candidate recruitment and vetting, sales-&-service agreements, onboarding, and dealer performance - with an understanding of fixed operations as a profit center and familiarity with state franchise and dealer-licensing frameworks.
  • AI & automation. You use modern AI and sales-automation tools to prospect, personalize outreach, generate proposals and ROI models, and deliver responsive service.
  • 7-12+ years of direct sales or business development in automotive, EV, fleet, equipment, or adjacent industries, carrying and closing your own pipeline.
  • Brand / corporate partnership experience with large fleet operators, QSR chains, orlogisticscompanies, and deep familiarity with at least two of the target verticals; golf/LSV, agricultural equipment, or last-milelogisticsis a strong plus.
  • Builder-to-leader. Comfortable being the first commercial hire - building the process as you go - and ready to grow into leading the commercial organization. Large-scale electric-fleet exposure is directly transferable and highly valued.

How You Work

  • Hunter mentality - energized by opening new accounts and building relationships from scratch.
  • Relationship-builder - most effective in person, earning trust deal by deal.
  • Results-driven - you own the number and build the structure to hit it.
  • Automation-minded -you let AI and tooling handle the repetitiveworkso your time goes into the room with buyers.
  • Disciplined pipeline manager - you track everything, forecast accurately, and close consistently, aligning delivery timelines with sales commitments.

Compensation & Ownership

Competitive base salary with a performance-driven commission and bonus, plus equity participation for the right candidate - a long-term stake in what you help build. This is a plan that rewards closing.

Location: On-site at our corporate office in Sandy Springs, GA. Monday-Friday.
