Full Job Description
Broadridge is seeking a strategic, client-focused, and execution-oriented Vice President, Product Management, Inbound Communications Solutions to lead the strategy, roadmap, and growth of our inbound communications product portfolio.

This senior product leadership role will oversee solutions that help clients receive, digitize, understand, route, automate, and return inbound communications across physical mail, paper forms, digital forms, email attachments, fax, mobile capture, desktop uploads, and system-to-system file transmissions. The portfolio includes imaging and capture, intelligent document processing, workflow automation, forms automation, data export, and integrations with downstream client and Broadridge systems.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in inbound communications, document-centric operations, intelligent document processing, forms automation, imaging, and workflow. They will define standardized, scalable product solutions that help clients reduce manual effort, improve accuracy and speed, strengthen controls, and turn inbound documents and communications into actionable digital workflows and data.

What You Will Lead

You will shape a modern, end-to-end inbound communications platform that supports the lifecycle of a client communication-from receipt through capture, classification, extraction, business processing, and delivery of actionable information to the appropriate destination.
  • Inbound physical mail and paper-form processing
  • Digital forms automation and electronic form intake
  • Email attachment, fax, mobile, desktop-upload, and file-drop capture
  • Imaging, scanning, document preparation, classification, and indexing
  • OCR and AI-enabled document and data extraction
  • Business workflow automation, including validation, exception handling, approvals, and routing
  • Data return and integration with client systems, content platforms, payment systems, and other downstream applications
  • Closed-loop forms automation that connects inbound communications with Broadridge's broader communications capabilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product strategy, multi-year roadmap, market positioning, and go-to-market direction for Broadridge's Inbound Communications Solutions portfolio.
  • Define a clear, standardized product vision spanning imaging and capture, workflow automation, forms automation, and data extraction.
  • Translate market trends, client needs, operational insights, and Voice of the Customer feedback into scalable product capabilities and prioritized roadmap investments.
  • Establish standard product configurations, packaging, guardrails, and implementation patterns that balance client value with repeatable delivery and commercial scalability.
  • Lead the evolution of multichannel inbound capture capabilities across mail, paper, digital files, email, fax, mobile, desktop upload, and client-system transmissions.
  • Partner with Technology, Operations, Sales, Client Relations, Implementation, and senior business leaders to deliver a cohesive product experience from sales through onboarding and ongoing service.
  • Drive product requirements and prioritization for document classification, indexing, OCR, AI-based extraction, workflow orchestration, reporting, security, and integrations.
  • Support strategic client and sales opportunities by articulating the product value proposition, standard capabilities, solution architecture, product boundaries, and implementation considerations.
  • Develop market-facing product documentation, solution narratives, use cases, sales enablement materials, standard feature definitions, and product packaging.
  • Drive a disciplined approach to standard versus non-standard requests, identifying opportunities for reusable product enhancements while limiting unnecessary customization.
  • Coordinate with adjacent product owners, including the archival capability owner, to ensure clear handoffs and an integrated client experience without owning archival strategy or roadmap responsibilities.
  • Monitor industry and competitive trends in inbound communications, intelligent document processing, enterprise content management, workflow automation, AI, and digital transformation.
  • Define and monitor success measures, including product adoption, revenue growth, pipeline support, implementation speed, processing efficiency, document volumes, quality, and client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Deep knowledge of inbound communications, document intake, digital mailroom, imaging, forms automation, intelligent document processing, workflow automation, document management, or enterprise content services.
  • Proven experience defining and scaling standardized enterprise product offerings in complex, client-facing environments.
  • Strong understanding of the inbound communications lifecycle, including capture, scanning, classification, indexing, extraction, validation, workflow, and data integration.
  • Experience with OCR, AI-enabled extraction, document intelligence, workflow orchestration, low-code workflow tools, or business process automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert varied client communication requirements into repeatable and commercially viable product solutions.
  • Comfort operating across product strategy, technology delivery, operational execution, client engagement, and go-to-market support.
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence senior internal leaders, strategic clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to establish product clarity and guardrails while maintaining a strong client-centric mindset.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify market opportunities and turn them into scalable product capabilities.

Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of product management, product strategy, solution management, or related leadership experience.
  • Significant experience in one or more of the following areas: inbound communications, imaging, document capture, forms automation, intelligent document processing, workflow automation, document management, enterprise content management, or business process automation.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, product packaging, and standard solution capabilities for enterprise technology, software, platform, or technology-enabled services.
  • Strong record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Sales, Implementation, Client Success, and executive leadership.
  • Experience supporting strategic sales cycles, client discovery, executive presentations, and product positioning.
  • Ability to synthesize client feedback, market insight, technical considerations, and operational needs into clear product direction and investment decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience serving financial services, banking, insurance, retirement, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Experience with AI/OCR, intelligent document processing, enterprise workflow platforms, content services, or digital mailroom solutions.
  • Familiarity with regulated data handling, role-based access, audit trails, encryption, and compliance-driven workflows.
  • Experience developing go-to-market materials, product value propositions, solution packaging, pricing approaches, or implementation models.

How Success Will Be Measured
  • A clear, market-informed product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Inbound Communications Solutions.
  • Increased adoption of standardized inbound communications, imaging, workflow, and forms automation solutions.
  • Stronger product packaging, documentation, sales enablement, and market-facing positioning.
  • Reduced unnecessary customization and more repeatable client onboarding and implementation.
  • Improved end-to-end processing efficiency, data quality, workflow automation, and client experience.
  • Growth in revenue, pipeline, client expansion, and cross-solution opportunities.
  • Clearer alignment across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Implementation, and Client Relations.
