Job Overview:

The Vice President, Operations is a senior executive responsible for regional operations leadership across a multi-province portfolio. This role aligns enterprise strategy with field execution, ensures operational and financial performance, and provides executive oversight of leadership development, partner engagement, and organization. This role will oversee operations across Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Western Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Strategic Leadership

  • Lead enterprise-aligned strategy across a large regional footprint
  • Oversee Directors and support performance outcomes in clinic operations and experience
  • Monitor strategic KPIs and ensure results reflect enterprise priorities


Enterprise Execution & Accountability

  • Translate business goals into operational plans, resourcing, and timelines
  • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives and system changes within regional field operations
  • Accountable for regional P&L, cost structure, and investment prioritization


Leadership Culture & Talent Strategy

  • Develop Directors and support succession through leadership pipeline planning
  • Model inclusive, values-based leadership; reinforce cultural expectations
  • Represent 123Dentist with partners, clinical leaders, and community stakeholders


Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Serve as executive link between field and departments (e.g. HR, BI, Clinical, Finance)
  • Resolve escalated issues and drive continuous improvement via cross-functional governance


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, health care, or related field (Master's preferred)
