VP of Strategy and OperationsTeam: Revenue EnablementLocation: [NYC] - HybridReports to: CROAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to help Lightning AI's go-to-market teams ramp faster, sell sharper, and operate with a shared playbook. This role will build the enablement systems, content, training, and field reinforcement that help Sales, SDRs, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partners tell the Lightning AI story clearly and win complex technical deals.
What You'll Do- This person will define the company's strategic direction and ensures the organization executes against it. They partner closely with the CEO and executive team to evaluate growth opportunities, set priorities, track key business metrics, lead cross-functional initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and support executive decision-making with data and analysis. Acting as a bridge across departments such as Product, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success, they align teams around company goals, oversee strategic planning and execution, and drive initiatives that improve growth, scalability, and overall business performance.
Nice-to-Haves- Experience with AI, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, data platforms, MLOps, or enterprise SaaS.
- Experience building enablement programs from scratch at a high-growth startup.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Force Management, or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
- Experience supporting partner, channel, or solutions engineering enablement.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is:
$180,000-$250,000 USD
