  • A natural leader who inspires teams, builds trust with clients at the executive level, and elevates work across the board
  • A seasoned storyteller who knows how to identify narratives that resonate culturally-and turn them into powerful earned moments
  • A partnerships-minded creative who concepts and delivers pressworthy campaigns, launches and cultural moments that break through
  • Adept at overseeing high-level PR strategy, message development, issues management, media counseling, and integrated campaign planning
  • A confident communicator and presenter who can shape POVs, lead rooms, and advise C-suite clients
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a large portfolio with competing priorities
  • A team-first leader who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance, "we win together" culture

What You'll Do
  • Lead integrated communications strategy for a portfolio of food, beverage, and consumer lifestyle brands-driving visibility, cultural relevance, and business impact
  • Serve as senior strategic counsel to clients, shaping narratives, anticipating challenges, and guiding long-term planning
  • Build and nurture top-tier media relationships across consumer, lifestyle, food, design, business, and trade categories
  • Oversee development of proactive media outreach plans, story mining, pitch strategy, and press moments that break through
  • Concept and drive pressworthy campaigns, partnerships, and brand moments that earn attention and cultural relevance
  • Analyze media performance and translate it into strategic insights that inform future campaigns
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Events, Social, and Creative teams to deliver integrated brand moments
  • Oversee and develop a high-performing PR team, setting vision, mentoring talent, and fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and results
  • Contribute to leadership conversations around team growth, resourcing, process, and best practices
  • Support new business efforts as needed, including strategy development and pitch participation

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of PR agency experience working across consumer categories; deep experience in food, beverage, and CPG strongly preferred
  • A track record of delivering press results that move the needle for consumer and F&B brands
  • Strong relationships with editors, writers, and producers across lifestyle, consumer, business, design, food, and trade media
  • Experience overseeing a mix of accounts, budgets, direct reports, and cross-functional workstreams
  • Ability to translate cultural insights into compelling brand storytelling
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience navigating client dynamics at the executive level, offering clear counsel and decisive recommendations
  • Ability to manage complex projects, anticipate needs, and keep teams moving with clarity and confidence

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Professional development: Annual stipend, training programs, and mentorship opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits: Fully paid medical, dental, and vision; FSA; life and disability insurance; 401(k) with 4% match
