Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related technical discipline Salary: $185,000 - $225,000 Job Summary:The Vice President of Information Technology provides strategic leadership for enterprise technology infrastructure and IT operations, overseeing networks, cloud platforms, data centers, end-user computing, telecommunications, and IT support services. This role drives technology modernization, security, resiliency, scalability, and service excellence while leading infrastructure strategy, cloud transformation, disaster recovery, and technology lifecycle management. As a key member of the leadership team, the VP advances innovation, operational resilience, and enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
Essential Functions: - Serves as an integral member of the leadership team to promote the mission and demonstrate the values and ethics of the company
- Leads the strategy, architecture, and operation of enterprise infrastructure, including networks, cloud platforms, hosted systems, servers, storage, and end-user computing, while establishing standard, governance, and lifecycle management practices that ensure scalable, reliable, and cost-effective operations
- Oversees IT Service Desk operations to ensure high-quality, responsive, and consistent support for administrative and business users
- Directs enterprise telecommunications and unified communications infrastructure, including voice, data, wireless, and collaboration platforms
- Leads infrastructure modernization initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and improved enterprise service delivery
- Monitors and improves IT operational performance through service level management, KPIs, and continuous improvement practices
- Provides cybersecurity leadership to ensure infrastructure security, risk mitigation, and compliance with regulatory and banking requirements
- Leads vendor management for infrastructure, cloud, telecom, and service providers, ensuring performance, accountability, and cost-effectiveness
- Oversees capacity planning, infrastructure budgeting, and capital investment strategy to support current and future organizational needs
- Provides executive leadership and mentoring to infrastructure, telecom, and service desk teams, building a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence
- Leads disaster recovery, business continuity, and major incident management programs to ensure operational resilience, clear communication, and rapid restoration of critical services.
Qualifications/Requirements: - Demonstrated experience leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives, including cloud migration strategies, hybrid infrastructure environments, data center modernization, operational resiliency, and infrastructure standardization
- Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL, cloud, or related technical certifications are preferred
- Proven leadership experience managing complex enterprise infrastructure environments including networking, telecommunications, cloud services, data centers, end-user computing, managed services, operational support, and business continuity programs.
- Strong understanding of technology operations, Intelligent Transportation Systems, cybersecurity principles, and regulatory/compliance requirements
- Experience developing and implementing enterprise architecture standards, operational governance models, lifecycle management strategies, and service delivery improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of modern infrastructure technologies and platforms, including cloud services, enterprise networking, virtualization, identity management, infrastructure automation, and unified communications technologies
- Experience overseeing strategic vendor relationships, managing service providers, technology contracts, and infrastructure-related budgeting and capital planning activities
- Exceptional communication, organizational, analytical, and executive leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across operational and executive leadership teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational issues, lead during critical incidents, and balance strategic transformation initiatives with day-to-day operational excellence
Experience: - Ten (10) years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure, technology operations, and IT engineering, including at least three (3) years in a senior leadership role overseeing infrastructure environments
