Job Description:

The VP, Human Resources (Head of U.S. HRBP Team) will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and play a critical role in delivering this vision. This leader will partner with senior executives across the U.S. business, providing strategic coaching, driving consistency and fairness across HR programs, and ensuring disciplined execution of core people processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the U.S. HRBP team, setting clear performance expectations, driving accountability, and ensuring consistency in delivery
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people items including but not limited to organizational design, team effectiveness, and leadership capability
  • Drive consistency and fairness across HR programs (performance, compensation, promotions, employee relations), while balancing the need for creativity and nimble thinking in a fast-paced environment
  • Own and execute annual HR cycles with rigor and transparency and consistently looking for opportunities to optimize and streamline
  • Support enterprise and team level change management initiatives, ensuring the organization and the HR team are well prepared to adopt change that will enable growth
  • Partner with teams across the HR function and other teams internally to ensure we achieve our people strategy and organizational goals
Team Leadership Responsibilities
  • Directly manage a team of HR Business Partners across the U.S.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and accountability standards
  • Coach and develop HRBP capability in executive partnership and decision-making
  • Build succession and bench strength within the HRBP function
  • Create a high-performing team culture aligned with enterprise expectations

Salary Ranges (applicable for US locations only)
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The national new hire base pay range for this job in the United States is $229,500-$283,500 per year. This range represents the minimum and maximum base pay target for new hires working in the position full time.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by actual work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, our total rewards program includes an annual variable pay program and benefits including healthcare (medical, dental and vision), 401 (k) with a generous company match, life and disability insurance, paid time off, market-leading tuition assistance, and much more!
