Job Summary

The Vice President, Human Resources is responsible for leading HR strategy and support for Corporate Functions and for overseeing the Employee Relations, Employee Service Center and the HR Compliance organizations. This role provides leadership to ensure effective workforce planning, talent strategy, compliance, culture, and consistent employee relations practices aligned with enterprise programs and policies.

The position partners closely with executive leadership, HR functional leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation, and a consistent, values-driven employee experience.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

• Lead a team of HR Business partners providing direct support to other corporate business functions

• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, compensation and succession planning activities.

• Champion workforce analytics and data-driven decision making.

• Anticipate workforce trends and shape future-ready talent and organizational strategies.

• Ensure delivery of proactive and effective HR support aligned to business needs.

• Drive consistency and quality in talent planning and leadership support.

• Lead enterprise Employee Relations strategy, vision, and operating model aligned with organizational culture and values.

• Ensure ER programs, policies, and practices comply with employment laws, labor agreements, and internal standards.

• Provide executive-level guidance on complex employee relations matters and investigations.

• Ensure proactive identification of ER trends and risks through analytics and benchmarking.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, labor relations or related field.

• 15 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.

• Experience leading HR Business Partners.

• Experience with employee relations and employment compliance.

• Experience supporting senior leaders in a large, complex organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• PHR, SPHR, SHRM, or equivalent preferred.

• Experience in a regulated or highly complex business environment.

Advanced degree or JD.

Compensation Range:

$260,109.00 - $338,142.00
