Your Role

The VP, Human Resources Business Partner - Go-to-Market serves as the strategic HR leader supporting Victoria's Secret & Co.'s customer-facing channels and market execution organizations. This role partners directly with the President, International Business and the Chief Customer & Marketing Officer to ensure the company has the leadership, organizational capabilities, and talent required to deliver exceptional go to market and customer experiences across all channels.

The role supports leaders responsible for North America and International Stores and Digital channels, Creative and Marketing teams helping drive organizational effectiveness across a highly interconnected ecosystem that brings the brand to life for customers globally.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping shape and execute business strategies through people and organizational solutions.

  • Foster strong partnerships across functions to support enterprise alignment and collaboration.


Organization Effectiveness

  • Assess organizational health, effectiveness, structure, and operating models.
  • Partner with leaders to improve organizational performance, accountability, and ways of working.
  • Guide organization design and operating model decisions that support business priorities.
  • Facilitate leadership team effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration.


Talent & Leadership

  • Lead talent planning, succession planning, and leadership development efforts.
  • Identify critical capabilities and build plans to strengthen organizational bench strength.
