Your RoleThe Vice President, Creative - PINK Brand is responsible for defining and leading the creative vision, brand expression, and visual storytelling across all consumer touchpoints. This executive will champion a bold, culturally relevant, and customer-centric creative strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. Partnering closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, Product Design, Stores, and Executive Leadership, the VP, Creative will ensure a cohesive and compelling brand experience that resonates with the PINK customer and strengthens brand affinity.
Your ImpactCreative Vision & Brand Leadership- Define and evolve the overarching creative vision and visual identity of the PINK brand.
- Ensure consistent brand expression across marketing, digital, social, retail, packaging, events, and other customer-facing channels.
- Establish creative frameworks, standards, and guidelines that reinforce brand equity and differentiate PINK in the marketplace.
- Anticipate cultural, consumer, fashion, and design trends that influence brand relevance and growth.
Integrated Campaign Development- Lead the conceptualization and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key brand initiatives.
- Oversee creative development from concept through production and final delivery.
- Ensure campaigns align with business objectives while delivering innovative, consumer-first creative experiences.
- Partner with Marketing and Merchandising teams to create compelling storytelling that drives engagement and conversion.
Cross-Functional Partnership- Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Product Design, E-commerce, Social Media, Public Relations, and Store Experience teams.
- Influence enterprise strategy through creative insights and customer understanding.
- Serve as a key contributor to strategic planning, annual business objectives, and long-term brand growth initiatives.
- Present creative strategies and recommendations to executive leadership.
Creative Team Leadership- Build, lead, and develop a world-class multidisciplinary creative organization.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, inclusion, and accountability.
- Mentor creative leaders and create clear development pathways for team members.
- Manage internal creative resources and external agency, production, and freelance partnerships.
Production & Operational Excellence- Drive efficiency while maintaining exceptional creative quality and brand consistency.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic priorities.
Consumer & Cultural Relevance- Maintain a deep understanding of the Gen Z and young millennial consumer.
- Leverage consumer insights, analytics, and market trends to inform creative decisions.
- Champion authentic, inclusive, and culturally relevant storytelling that strengthens emotional connections with customers.
- Monitor competitive activity and emerging brands to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Your Experience- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Creative Direction, Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of progressive creative leadership experience within fashion, apparel, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- 5+ years leading large, multifunctional creative teams.
- Proven experience developing integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative creative leadership and measurable business impact.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Exceptional creative vision and storytelling capabilities.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and omnichannel marketing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with business performance and operational excellence.
- Expertise managing agency relationships, photo and video production, and large-scale creative budgets.
- Strong understanding of digital content, social platforms, emerging media, and evolving consumer trends.
