Job Description

DESCRIPTION

As Vice President of Global GTM Operations, you will lead one of the most significant commercial transformation initiatives at Sinch. This pivotal role is created to unify our commercial operations for the first time since the company moved to regional Go-to-Market teams. This is not a role that inherits a legacy function - it is an opportunity to build a modern, AI-enabled GTM Operations organization from the ground up, leveraging agents, automation, and intelligent tooling to operate at global scale. Rather than walking into an established setup, you will conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current state, define a future state globally aligned operating model and lead the organizational and process transformation required to build a scalable, data-driven GTM Operational function.

Reporting to the EVP Americas, you will partner closely with all three regional EVPs, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer to drive commercial excellence globally. You will own the processes, data, and operational infrastructure that determine how effectively Sinch's go-to-market engine performs. Success means quickly executing an upfront diagnostic, establishing a trusted hub and spoke operating model and securing buy in across culturally and geographically diverse regions to establish GTM Operations as an indispensable strategic partner- one that is built from the ground up to be AI-enabled, leveraging agents, automation, and intelligent tooling to operate at global scale. Executing with high velocity is essential; this is not a multi-year consulting roadmap, but a mandate for an agile builder who delivers immediate tangible wins, while standing up our global foundation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Commercial Transformation & Diagnostic: Conduct an immediate, comprehensive diagnostic of our current GTM Operations structure, processes, systems, governance, and capabilities across all regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC). Identify core opportunities for harmonization, simplification, and operational excellence to design our path forward.
  • Unify and Champion the Global Function: Standardize and manage the organizational transition from three independent regional models to a cohesive, global hub and spoke operating model. Oversee the creation of Centers of Excellence (CoEs) while optimizing regional delivery capabilities over time.
  • Establish Global Governance and Process Standards: Define, document and govern global GTM standards and commercial policies across the full lead-to-cash lifecycle. Partner with regional leadership to implement measurable baselines for sales productivity, pipeline conversion, margin protection and revenue retention.
  • Translate Commercial Data into Strategic Insight: Leverage the function's analytical capabilities to deliver forward-looking intelligence on business performance - including revenue forecasting accuracy, territory productivity, and sales efficiency - that equips regional EVPs and senior leadership to identify gaps, prioritize interventions, and drive growth. Move the function beyond reporting and into active commercial partnership with leadership.
  • Drive Change Management & Cultural Alignment: Build trust and deep alignment across geographically and culturally diverse teams. Navigate change with empathy, transparency, and care-balancing global standardization with critical local market requirements and regional business realities. Lead through influence to align stakeholders who have historically run independent models.
  • Enable Commercial Execution & Tech Stack Governance: Define and run the business-side GTM technology roadmap (SalesForce, CPQ, Gainsight and connected systems) in close peer-level partnership with IT. Ensure sales, deal desk and account management teams (Sales and CS) have the reliable data and streamlined workflows required to move fast.
  • Establish and Scale Global Deal Desk Operations that explicitly details ownership of commercial pricing governance, margin enforcement, bid management, and RFP/RFI processes.
  • Building scalable, cost-effective capabilities: Identify non-customer-facing operations and capabilities that can be resourced through low-cost geography hiring, BPO partnerships, and/or AI-enabled automation - continually prioritizing organizational efficiency without compromising quality or execution speed.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:
  • Large-Scale Transformation Leadership: A track record of leading large-scale GTM, Revenue or Sales Operations transformations in a global, matrixed environment - with demonstrated experience integrating or transforming commercial operations teams across multiple geographies into a unified global approach.
  • Operating Model Design Expertise: Direct experience designing and implementing global operating models, governance frameworks, and Centers of Excellence that successfully balance global standardization with regional execution flexibility.
  • Exceptional and Proven Change Management & Influence: Highly developed executive presence with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, build trust with key stakeholders, and align senior regional leaders through collaboration and influence rather than mandate.
  • Deep Process, Data, & Technology Governance: Fluency in lead-to-cash commercial processes and the technology that power them - Salesforce, CPQ, Gainsight, and connected systems with a specific focus on AI adoption. Able to partner with IT leadership as an operational peer, designing policies and data architectures that promote data integrity and improve sales productivity.
  • Operational Efficiency & Automation Focus: A track record of building and governing highly cost-efficient operating models - including experience leveraging low-cost geography centers, BPO partnerships, and AI-enabled automation in an operational context. Experience designing and implementing global operating models, governance frameworks, and CoEs that balance standardization, scalability, and regional flexibility.
  • Cultural Fluency: Experience leading geographically and culturally diverse teams, with a proven ability to listen actively, respect regional business differences, and align diverse groups around shared global goals.
  • Analytical Rigor: Deep fluency in data and analytics. You know what metrics matter, how to establish the infrastructure to measure them reliably and how to translate raw GTM data into strategic insights for c-suite stakeholders driving growth agenda.

This role is primarily remote, but candidates must reside near one of our hub locations for occasional collaboration: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO; Seattle, WA.

Benefits
  • STAY HEALTHY: We offer comprehensive market competitive medical, dental, and vision plans. A variety of supplemental plans are also provided to meet your individual needs including access to telehealth for all participants.
  • CARE FOR YOURSELF: Take advantage of our free virtual counselling resources through our global Employee Assistance Program. Your mental health is as important as your physical health.
  • SECURE YOUR FUTURE: Plan for your future with our Roth and Pre-tax 401(k) options including an employer match for all participants.
  • TAKE A BREAK: Enjoy a generous paid time off program. We value balance and understand that performance at work requires time to rest at home and/or rejuvenate on vacation.
  • PUT FAMILY FIRST: We know that families can be built in a variety of ways; therefore, we offer paid parental leave and family planning support.
  • WORK WHEREVER: Our flexible remote work offerings allow you to work wherever you are the most productive and successful. It is what you do, not where you work, that matters.
  • MAKE AN IMPACT: Support betterment in your community and beyond by taking paid time off to support a volunteer program of your choice.
  • TREAT YOURSELF: We offer discounts on retail, entertainment and more through our Reward+ program.

Salary:

The annual starting salary for this position is between $216,000.00-$270,000.00. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until September 28,2026 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
