Job SummaryThe Vice President of Finance serves as a key strategic partner to the Division CFO and executive leadership team, providing financial leadership for a multi-site envelope manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, optimizing manufacturing profitability, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across the business. The VP Finance leads the FP&A team, oversees reporting and controls, and provides insights that influence investment, production, and operational efficiency decisions.

Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership- Partner with the Division President and leadership team to drive financial performance and business growth.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
- Align financial strategies with operational and business objectives.
- Present financial results, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Manufacturing Operations & Cost Management- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, labor productivity, equipment utilization, and waste reduction.
- Monitor key cost drivers, including paper, labor, freight, utilities, and raw materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve margins through cost control, process improvements, and pricing strategies.
- Evaluate capital investments, automation projects, and plant improvement initiatives.
Financial Planning, Reporting & Analytics- Lead all FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across all manufacturing facilities.
- Develop financial models and business analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze revenue, product mix, customer profitability, and operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, systems, and processes.
Financial Controls & Compliance- Maintain strong financial controls and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Partner with Corporate Finance on audits, compliance, and internal control initiatives.
- Assess financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Team Leadership & Development- Lead and develop Plant Controllers, Finance Managers, and Analysts.
- Foster strong collaboration between Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain.
- Strengthen financial and analytical capabilities across the organization.
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive corporate finance, FP&A, or related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present findings to leadership.
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, or other analytics platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Physical Requirements & Work Environment- Occasional exposure to typical manufacturing conditions, including dust, dirt, high noise levels, chemicals, and temperature variations.
- Occasional standing/walking during inventory counts or operational reviews
- Ability to remain in stationary positions (sitting/standing) as needed
- Must wear required PPE and maintain a safe, compliant work environment
