Full Job Description
Seeking a highly strategic, tech-forward Executive Assistant who operates as a force multiplier for the VP of Global Sales Enablement. This role extends beyond traditional administrative support, requiring strong business judgment, proactive prioritization, and the ability to streamline workflows in a fast-paced, complex environment. The ideal candidate brings executive presence, adaptability, and a strong command of modern productivity tools to anticipate needs, optimize operations, and enable leadership to focus on the highest-impact work. This role requires exceptional discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with a high degree of trust and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Partnership & Prioritization
• Partner closely with the executive to manage and optimize the calendar, ensuring time is aligned to strategic priorities and key business outcomes
• Anticipate needs, proactively resolve conflicts, and coordinate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Prepare the executive for key engagements with concise briefings, clear priorities, and structured pre-reads
• Operate as a trusted partner in highly sensitive and confidential matters, exercising sound judgment and professionalism at all times
•Communication & Operating Rhythm
• Serve as a central hub for communications, drafting and refining correspondence and updates aligned to the executive's voice
• Capture key decisions, actions, and insights from meetings, leveraging digital tools to ensure clarity and follow-through
• Maintain and manage a structured tracking system (e.g., suspense file or project board) to monitor priorities, deadlines, and commitments, ensuring visibility, accountability, and follow-through across stakeholders and team

Operations, Execution & Enablement
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, ensuring efficient, well-structured itineraries and seamless execution
• Support high-impact meetings and events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and technology readiness
• Manage contract and procurement-related activities, including vendor coordination, invoice submission, and tracking within required systems
• Oversee ordering and organization of office supplies to ensure a seamless and well-supported working environment
• Identify opportunities to simplify and streamline workflows through automation and process improvements

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED. Eight (8) years related business experience typing proficiency. PC experience and ability to use Microsoft office software. Good spelling, punctuation, and English grammar. Good administrative skills. Ability to operate standard office equipment. Ability to compose correspondence for manager's signature. Ability to prioritize mail and telephone calls for manager's review and/or action. Excellent oral and written communication skills for successful interface with all levels of management.

Minimum Education

High School diploma/GED.

Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.

Eight (8) years related business experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills for successful interface with all levels of management and non-management.

Good spelling, punctuation, English language, administrative and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize mail, telephone calls and compose correspondence for executive's review and/or action.

Ability to plan, coordinate and execute meeting set-up and events, including providing agendas, detailed data, information and resources for executives.

Ability to use Microsoft Office software.

Additional Details: This is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week. Position closes EOD, June 16, 2026.
