The RoleAs VP of Engineering, you will own and scale Delphi's engineering organization as we move into our next phase of exponential growth. You'll set the technical vision, build high-performance teams, and partner closely with product, design, and leadership to to support the next phase of Delphi.

What You'll Do- Define and execute on the technical vision and architecture for systems serving millions of digital minds.
- Build and lead the engineering organization to a standard of excellence - establish technical precision practices and foster ownership-driven culture where engineers proactively solve problems.
- Drive engineering execution - consistently ship high-quality systems quickly, balancing speed and durability.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership to align strategy and deliver ambitious roadmaps.
- Raise the bar: mentor leaders, establish a world class engineering culture, and ensure Delphi remains a magnet for top talent.
What You Bring- 7+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years leading teams of 10+ engineers in a hyper-growth, high-expectation environment.
- A proven track record of building teams and shipping large-scale, high-impact systems.
- Executive communication skills: can translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
- First-principles thinker, comfortable navigating ambiguity and inventing new playbooks.
- Ability to build an ownership-driven engineering culture where teams consistently exceed expectations, beat deadlines, and take complete responsibility for their domains.
