Full Job Description
Position Summary:

Xponential Fitness is seeking a seasoned VP of Digital Experience to champion the vision and strategic direction of our digital ecosystem. This leadership position is responsible for the entire product lifecycle, managing initial discovery and roadmap development to final deployment and continuous optimization. You will oversee key B2C digital platforms (Web, App, etc) for our portfolio brands.

Reporting to the marketing organization, this role will develop a top-tier product team while collaborating across IT, Brands, Marketing, and external agencies to ensure we deliver high-impact solutions that accelerate business performance and enhance consumer value. As a strategic partner, you will play a pivotal role in defining business requirements and crafting digital solutions that will drive the long-term trajectory of the company.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned product leader with both roadmap expertise and platform optimization experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Roadmap and Prioritization
  • Define and own the digital product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap in alignment with company goals
  • Translate business objectives and customer insights into a prioritized, outcomes-driven product roadmap
  • Establish and track key product metrics (adoption, engagement, retention, revenue impact) to guide decision-making
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, using data and user research to validate hypotheses and inform iteration
  • Drive revenue and growth, making trade-offs between scope, resources, and timelines


Platform ownership and optimization
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of product managers and product owners across multiple product lines
  • Represent product strategy to executive leadership, the board, and key stakeholders
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform product bets
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Brands and key stakeholders to define highest impact digital experience enhancements
  • Partner with Engineering and Design teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product initiatives
  • Build scalable product processes (discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, launch) as the organization grows


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in a senior product leadership role (VP, Head of Product, or similar)
  • Proven track record of building and scaling digital products (web, mobile, or platform) from concept to market success
  • Experience leading and developing product management teams of 5+ people
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-informed approach to prioritization and decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executives and boards
  • Deep understanding of modern product development methodologies (Agile, Lean, continuous discovery)
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering and managing agency resources in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience working within franchise, retail, hospitality, fitness, or multi-location consumer brands is strongly preferred.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
