Salary range: An annual salary range of $115,000 - $125,000 is what we expect to pay for this position, based on overall skills and experience.

What You'll Do:Role Summary: Serve as a strategic partner to TM Sales leadership and a senior relationship manager for larger, more strategic client portfolios. This role bridges strategy, operations, technology, and cross-functional collaboration driving initiatives that enhance sales enablement and operational efficiency, while also managing complex client relationships with limited supervision. The role supports commercial middle market and gaming Treasury Sales Consultants and leads initiatives that create scalable, long-term value for the Treasury organization.
- Lead strategic initiatives and process improvements across Treasury Management.
- Own and enhance Treasury's internal knowledge management, SharePoint, communications, and training materials.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and technology enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that support leadership decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with Product, Operations, Risk, Technology, and Marketing.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to leadership by identifying opportunities to improve how the Treasury organization operates.
- Manage larger and more strategic client relationships with limited supervision.
- Partner with regional teams in prospecting new clients; may lead deposit-only opportunities.
- Provide advanced guidance on products (cash management, risk strategies) and tailored solutions; lead product demos/training and prepare sales proposals.
- Coordinate technical implementations across departments.
- Monitor client needs, conduct reviews, and proactively suggest appropriate solutions.
- Partner with Treasury Sales Consultants to enhance sales support, tools, and resources.
- Support and coach CM I/II staff; assist with training and process improvement.
- Support associate development through onboarding, training, mentoring, and enablement.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers, product specialists, and cross-functional partners on client growth.
What Do You Need?- Several years of relevant experience (often 7+ total) in commercial banking/client relations.
- Deep product knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to influence client outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic/operational initiatives with direct client relationship management.
- Level in Career Path: Senior relationship management/lead advisor with greater autonomy and strategic client impact.
Technology Skills:- Ability to work with the Microsoft Suite and learn/work with other Customers Bank's applications.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools that support productivity, workflow efficiency, and client engagement.
