Full Job Description
Overview

Being on medication is tough enough. We want to make getting it the easy part. Getting prescriptions to patients has become increasingly complex. When things get messy along the prescription journey, pharmaceutical manufacturers rely on us to untangle the process and create a clear path-allowing patients to build trusting relationships with their medication brands.

We're not only committed to taking the pain out of the prescription process, but we're also devoted to bringing the brightest minds together under one roof. We bring together diverse voices-engineers, pharmacists, customer service veterans, developers, program strategists and more-all with one vision. Each perspective and experience makes ConnectiveRx better than the sum of its parts.

As growth continues, we are expanding our ability to develop new business in major markets across the United States. We are seeking seasoned Business Development professionals with strong networks and proven success in the Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Patient Services industries, with a focus on Awareness and Adherence Programs. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of selling to agency partners such as Publicis, CMI, Havas, and others. We are open to candidates with established networks in major metropolitan areas across the U.S., as well as those with strong relationships on the East Coast, West Coast, or Midwest.

As a senior leader in Business Development, you will manage, promote, and lead sales efforts with client executives, partners, and agencies. You will collaborate with Business Line Management, Sales and Sales Operations, and Senior Management to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to drive revenue and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Lead prospecting, up-selling, and follow-up for targeted leads.
  • Lead sales efforts on both an operational and strategic level.
  • Manage expenses within budget, maximizing efficiency of client and prospect visits.
  • Develop formal business plans for ConnectiveRx business programs, focusing on sales activities targeted to market segments and individual customers or partners. Ensure ongoing integrated promotion of target products and services.
  • Oversee collection and maintenance of CRM data, ensuring accuracy and currency. Perform other duties as assigned.
