Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for retaining, identifying, and selling Voluntary Benefits for additional lines of business with large size accounts (> 2000 EE). Individual manages book of business, develops, and executes strategies for assigned accounts to achieve retention and growth targets.

Functional Skills
  • Develop and execute strategies for assigned accounts to achieve retention and growth targets.
  • Ensuring prompt issues resolution for existing accounts.
  • Educating clients on products and value proposition to expand client relationships (share of wallet).
  • Develop relationships with assigned clients and the producer (broker/consultant) of the account.
  • Establishes internal partnerships to ensure prompt resolution to any issues may become aware of during discussions.
  • Holds regular discussions with decisions makers at large accounts to educate on market trends and associate needs based on in-depth market knowledge.
  • Develop and execute strategy for large account portfolio retention and growth.
  • Help implement and support the corporate strategy.
  • Provide feedback on changes in the marketplace.


Skills and Background You'll Need

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
  • Performance guarantees may be applied to roles with highly incentivized compensation plans for a specified period of time to support a new hire's transition into the sales incentive plan.


Compensation is made up of a base salary, incentives, and/or other bonuses when applicable. This is a minimum range that can be increased based on performance and sales activity.

Salary Range:
Base Salary Range: $82,250 - $104,000 + Incentive Compensation Plan
