About the team
Hermès International Legal Department is the centre of legal expertise for the Hermès Group, bringing together over fifty dedicated professionals. From New York, you join a specialised Anti-Counterfeiting team and extend your reach across the entire Americas region. You contribute directly to protecting an exceptional savoir-faire, with real autonomy and meaningful impact.
Your missions
  • Drive the Anti-Counterfeiting strategy across the Americas, from customs applications to enforcement authority training
  • Build and strengthen collaboration with local authorities - customs, police and IP attachés
  • Monitor online marketplaces and social media to detect and address counterfeiting activity
  • Manage pre-litigation and litigation files in civil and criminal matters, alongside investigators and local law firms
  • Support local teams on projects involving the Group's intellectual property rights
  • Prepare activity reports and track legislative developments across the region

You hold expertise in Intellectual Property Law and communicate with confidence in both French and English. You manage your files with autonomy, precision and a genuine team spirit.
