The Vice President, Strategic Account Delivery & Integration is the senior account-dedicated leader responsible for translating a top-tier client's portfolio strategy into coordinated, scalable, and high-performing program delivery across Valeris. This leader serves as the integrator across implementation, operational design, technology, data, quality, finance, talent, and ongoing service delivery for the full portfolio of programs.
The VP ensures that launches, transitions, enhancements, and post-launch initiatives are planned and executed as one connected account experience. The role maintains executive-level accountability for portfolio readiness, cross-functional alignment, client confidence, and delivery outcomes while partnering closely with the applicable Patient Services operational leaders who retain day-to-day program management responsibilities.
Strategic Account Leadership & Client Partnership- Serve as the dedicated senior strategic leader for an enterprise, top-tier client account and its full product portfolio, establishing a clear account vision, governance model, and integrated delivery strategy.
- Act as a trusted executive partner to client stakeholders, connecting client brand strategy, patient support needs, and commercialization objectives to executable Valeris solutions.
- Lead portfolio-level governance, executive business reviews, strategic planning, and escalation management; ensure decisions, risks, commitments, and dependencies are visible and actively managed.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the client partnership through new services, innovation, digital enablement, data insights, process improvements, and portfolio expansion.
- Partner with Valeris executive sponsors and commercial leaders on account strategy, contract renewals, scope evolution, and long-range growth plans.
Implementation, Transition & Portfolio Readiness- Align the integrated implementation roadmap across program design, operations, technology, data and reporting, quality, training, finance, human resources, and communications.
- Ensure business requirements, operating models, workflows, service levels, controls, reporting, and acceptance criteria are complete, traceable, and ready for deployment.
- Drive readiness reviews and executive go/no-go decisions, ensuring open risks and dependencies have accountable owners and practical mitigation plans.
- Maintain continuity between implementation and steady-state operations so that knowledge, decisions, performance expectations, and client commitments transfer seamlessly at launch.
- Post-Launch Delivery, Optimization & Special Projects
- Oversee strategic post-launch projects and account initiatives, ensuring they are prioritized against portfolio objectives, managed through a disciplined governance process, and delivered with measurable value.
- Partner with operational leaders to monitor service performance, client experience, quality outcomes, staffing readiness, financial health, and emerging delivery risks across the portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional resolution of complex issues that span multiple programs or shared-service teams, removing barriers and escalating decisions as needed.
- Use performance data, client feedback, and operational insights to identify continuous-improvement opportunities and sponsor solutions that improve access, adherence, provider experience, and delivery efficiency.
- Ensure lessons learned from launches, transitions, and post-launch initiatives are incorporated into future portfolio plans and enterprise best practices.

Cross-Functional Integration & Matrix Leadership- Lead an account-dedicated team that may include direct reports and matrixed resources across program management, design, technology, data and analytics, quality, training, finance, human resources, communications, and other shared services.
- Establish clear account priorities, decision rights, delivery expectations, and working cadences for matrixed team members who remain solid-line aligned to their functional organizations.
- Create accountability through shared goals, integrated plans, transparent performance management, and regular communication with functional leaders.
- Partner with Patient Services VPs and Directors to ensure therapeutic-area and program teams are appropriately supported without duplicating operational ownership or creating conflicting direction.
- Model collaborative, decisive leadership that brings together diverse disciplines and maintains focus on the client, patient, provider, and employee experience.
Financial, Quality & Risk Stewardship- Partner with Finance and operational leadership on portfolio forecasts, budgets, staffing plans, billing readiness, margin performance, and investment decisions.
- Ensure account delivery adheres to client commitments, Valeris policies, applicable regulations, and established quality-management practices.
- Sponsor a disciplined risk-management approach across launches, operations, technology, data, and third-party dependencies; ensure corrective actions are timely and sustainable.
- Support pricing, scope, and contract discussions with a practical understanding of operational complexity, capacity, and the client's strategic objectives.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field required; MBA, MHA, or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in patient support services, pharmaceutical commercialization, HUB operations, patient affordability, specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, or a comparable outsourced-services environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-workstream implementations, launches, transitions, or transformations for enterprise biopharma clients.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, including resources with shared-services or indirect reporting relationships.
- Executive presence and a strong track record of managing senior client relationships, governance forums, and complex escalations.
- Deep understanding of patient access, reimbursement, affordability, program operations, and the pharmaceutical commercialization lifecycle.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with staffing models, budgets, forecasts, service scope, and operational performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication, influence, problem-solving, and change-leadership skills; able to translate complex operational and technical information into clear executive decisions.
