Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Vice President, SPO is responsible for the operations of all agreements between Associate Vendors (AVs), Direct Clients, and/or Managed Service Programs (MSP) client facilities. This role crafts, implements, and delivers Associate Vendor (AV) solutions that positively impact fill rates and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities- Develop strategies to gain and improve relationships with clinical and non-clinical staffing associate vendors.
- Proactively find opportunities to build efficiencies, make valuable contributions, and expand Associate Vendor (AV) support provided.
- Adapt new and innovative methodologies for Associate Vendors to further support Managed Service Program clients.
- Define, run, and lead projects vital to improving relationships with existing and potential Associate Vendors.
- Implements standard process programs to ensure the attainment of Associate Vendor accounts for growth and profit using data and trends from satisfaction survey results.
- Foster strategic alliances with key Associate Vendors to advance Managed Service Program fill rates.
- Attend Associate Vendor events sponsored by the company or our Managed Service Program clients to establish partnerships, incorporate standard processes, and strengthen associations.
- Keep up to date with contract and contractual terms to have the ability to complete them.
- Partner with the Associate Vendor Relationship Manager to validate that all contracts are signed updated and maintained.
- Ensure that assigned areas of responsibilities are performed within contract targets and that all account contracts meet Service Level Agreements.

QualificationsEducation & Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 14+ years of work experience
Certifications
- Six-Sigma - White Belt (WB) (Preferred)
Additional Experience
- Experience working in healthcare and/or staffing operations, or project management
- Experience with Quality Management
Work Environment / Physical Requirements- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate$168,000 - $210,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
