The Vice President, IT Enterprise Delivery is an executive accountable for the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex IT and business solutions across enterprise portfolios, with a focus on SAP-enabled transformation. The role ensures consistent, high-quality execution aligned to measurable client outcomes, while optimizing financial performance and operational efficiency.
The VP serves as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders, leading multi-disciplinary teams and embedding standardized delivery frameworks, strong governance, and continuous improvement. This role brings deep expertise in enterprise platforms to drive successful transformation programs and sustained business value.
Your future duties and responsibilities: Portfolio & Delivery Leadership
. Own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of programs, managed services, and digital transformation initiatives
. Ensure consistent, on-time, on-budget outcomes with strong quality and risk control
. Leverage CGI's Management Foundation (policies, frameworks, KPIs, and governance) to drive delivery excellence
. Establish scalable, repeatable delivery models across accounts and sectors
Client & Growth Leadership
. Build and sustain executive relationships with client C-suite and senior stakeholders
. Act as a trusted advisor to shape innovative, SAP-enabled transformation solutions aligned to client priorities
. Ensure successful delivery of complex engagements and managed services
. Drive customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives
. Oversee contract execution, risk management, and operational performance across accounts
. Contribute to account growth, strategic partnerships, and CGI's market positioning
Operational & Financial Leadership
. Drive operational rigor across forecasting, utilization, and financial management,
. Ensure adherence to governance, quality, and compliance frameworks
. Optimize portfolio performance by leveraging synergies across accounts and global delivery capabilities
People Leadership
. Build, lead, and develop high-performing, matrixed teams
. Foster a culture of engagement and continuous development
. Lead talent strategy, including coaching, performance management, and succession planning
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . 15+ years of leadership experience in IT services, consulting, or outsourcing, with a proven track record of leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs and global delivery teams
. Experience working with Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution or Telecom
. Experience supporting programs that involves ERP (e.g. SAP and Oracle) with advisory and implementation services
. Demonstrated success in business development, large deal pursuits, and account growth
. Strong executive presence with the ability to build and sustain C-level relationships
. Expertise in contract negotiation, managed services, and long-term client engagements
. Strong understanding of enterprise technology, digital transformation, and delivery models
