You'll lead a team delivering thought leadership, solution delivery, and project management across enterprise consulting engagements, driving operational excellence and modernizing delivery through AI and automation. You'll align closely with Americas GTM, Sales, Product, and Customer Success, balancing demand against capacity to hit targets for bookings, revenue, margin, retention, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
The winning candidate has led large customer engagements and teams, has an eye for top consulting and technical talent, and brings a proven track record scaling Consulting/Professional Services in a high-growth SaaS or data/analytics organization - along with the cultural fluency, collaboration, and strategic thinking to operate across the Americas region.

That means driving the shift from time-and-materials work to outcome-based delivery, modernizing services through AI and automation, and leading the Americas Services team as a coach and executive sponsor. You'll partner closely with Product, R&D, Customer Success, and Sales to embed services into the broader GTM motion, and use real-time dashboards to manage delivery, staffing, and account health.
In your first 12-24 months, you will:- Deliver year-over-year growth in Americas Services revenue and margin against plan, with improved forecast accuracy across bookings, utilization, and capacity.
- Increase services attach rate on new and expansion bookings, and demonstrably contribute to Americas net revenue retention alongside Customer Success.
- Launch at least one outcome-based or value-based delivery offering, supported by measurable client outcome metrics rather than hours billed.
- Stand up AI-assisted delivery capabilities (implementation accelerators, automation, or self-service tooling) that measurably reduce time-to-value and improve delivery margin.
- Build a real-time, data-driven operating cadence, dashboards for utilization, project health, and customer satisfaction, replacing lagging, activity-based reporting.
- Strengthen bench strength and reduce regrettable attrition through targeted hiring, development, and succession planning across the Americas consulting team.
- Improve customer satisfaction/NPS on delivered engagements and reduce at-risk project escalations through proactive executive sponsorship.
- Establish tighter, measurable alignment between Services, Sales, Customer Success, and Product/R&D on the Americas GTM plan.
We're looking for a teammate with:- 10+ years leading a high-growth, P&L-owning Consulting/Professional Services practice in enterprise SaaS, data/analytics, or a major consulting firm

- Experience commercializing services and positioning them with sales/strategic accounts
- Proven partnership with Customer Success on retention and expansion
- History scaling a profitable services business through multiple economic cycles
