Overview

How You'll Make an Impact

As the Vice President of Campaign Diversity, you will own the product strategy and execution for Epsilon's campaign diversity pod, expanding Epsilon's platform to support a broader range of full-funnel campaigns executed on behalf of Groupe and Direct customers. Reporting to the SVP of Product, this role will lead the evolution of Epsilon's campaign capabilities from awareness through conversion, including support for new channels, private deals, stronger alignment with third-party measurement, and more advanced optimization capabilities. You will bring a strong point of view on how to make Epsilon more competitive in upper-funnel and full-funnel campaign environments while preserving the performance, reliability, and control required to scale execution.

This role will play a key part in shaping the future of Epsilon's campaign capabilities. Success will require translating the needs of agencies, operators, and commercial stakeholders into a clear product strategy that expands the types of campaigns Epsilon can support, strengthens performance in independent measurement environments, and increases Epsilon's ability to work across new channels, inventory types, and deal structures. You will define vision, align stakeholders, and lead the development of products that broaden campaign flexibility, strengthen measurement credibility, and drive meaningful business impact.

This is a highly strategic role that requires a resourceful leader with strong judgment, organizational savvy, interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and excellent communication. You will have a proven track record of leading product transformation through both strong product vision and disciplined execution, with the ability to move confidently between long-term strategy and the practical realities of building products teams rely on.

Responsibilities

What You'll Achieve
  • Develop the vision and set the strategic direction for Epsilon's campaign diversity capabilities, expanding the platform to support full-funnel campaigns from awareness through conversion.
  • Maintain and enhance core ad serving logic to support new bidding approaches, stronger pacing and targeting for upper-funnel campaigns, and the reliability required as campaign types continue to expand.
  • Modernize and accelerate reporting and measurement capabilities so that campaign performance is available faster, is easier to understand, and is better aligned with third-party metrics and independent measurement systems.
  • Build support for additional channels, inventory types, and programmatic deal structures, enabling premium inventory and specialized buying arrangements to be executed more effectively through Epsilon.
  • Enable cohesive full-funnel campaign execution and optimization within one platform, connecting upper-, mid-, and lower-funnel campaign stages through shared pacing, targeting, and optimization logic.
  • Own and drive the product lifecycle from strategy, design, and launch through continuous improvement, working closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design, Operations, and Commercial teams.
  • Define product requirements and roadmaps, including feasibility, effort, financial impact, and strategic value, with clear sequencing across ad serving logic, reporting and measurement, deal infrastructure, and full-funnel campaign support.
  • Ensure the Marketing team is aligned with Product strategy on market positioning, product realization, training programs, and product management work products.
  • Serve as a critical partner to Product, Marketing, agency, and operations stakeholders, connecting the dots across full-funnel strategy, measurement credibility, and campaign capability expansion.
  • Research and offer recommendations to keep the Product organization on a path of continuous improvement while defining and managing KPIs across campaign flexibility, platform reliability, measurement alignment, and adoption.

Qualifications

Who You Are
  • Ability to comfortably span business management, client and commercial engagement, product design and development, and the technical details underpinning it all. Must be able to lead product vision and roadmap while also driving the day-to-day work required to deliver products teams rely on.
  • Deep industry knowledge of digital advertising, including ad serving, upper-funnel campaign mechanics, deal-led inventory, and the growing importance of third-party measurement in campaign evaluation.
  • A minimum of 10 years in a Product role focused on advertising, campaign execution, ad serving, measurement, or related AdTech and MarTech products, with exposure to new channels, deal infrastructure, and full-funnel campaign design considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience building and scaling complex campaign products that support execution, optimization, and reporting across multiple campaign types and media environments.
  • Proven ability to evolve existing platforms to support new use cases, new forms of media, and more advanced optimization and measurement requirements through strong strategy and disciplined execution.
  • Strong collaboration skills and commitment to interdisciplinary thinking - ability to work across teams focused on strategy, technology, data, operations, and design in service to new product solutions.
  • Experience working with third-party measurement systems, reporting environments, or attribution frameworks, and an understanding of how product capabilities must align to perform credibly within them.
  • Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills.
  • Proven experience influencing business or marketing strategy through the application and management of competitive information, market awareness, and product positioning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams including technical, operational, analytical, and marketing resources.
