Vice President, POM Product Owner

We9re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Product Owner to join our Enterprise Custody Platform team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, in the United States.

In this role, you9ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Translating business objectives, client requirements, operational needs, regulatory obligations, and technology considerations into well-defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.


  • Owning and prioritizing your backlog, influencing product direction at a strategic level.


  • Serving as a thought leader and expert within the product team and across the organization.


  • Collaborating closely with other product managers, Operations, Engineering and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of product strategy.


  • Owning the operating model and communications related to your product(s) end-to-end.


  • Leveraging AI-enabled tools and analytical techniques to accelerate requirements analysis, identify patterns and trends, improve documentation quality, and support data-driven decision making. Ensuring that AI is utilized appropriately within your team.


To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor9s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.


  • 6-8+ years of product owner experience managing product roadmaps, articulating requirements and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.


  • Experience utilizing AI tools to support analysis, research, requirements development, process improvement, and decision-making activities.


  • Demonstrated experience writing business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules.


  • Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.


  • Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, including writing well-defined stories and acceptance criteria, and being able to provide daily direction to an agile team.


  • Prior experience in financial services is strongly preferred. Knowledge of global custody, asset servicing, securities processing, settlements, cash management or related custody functions preferred.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee9s eligible dependents.
