Logan Health is seeking an experienced, visionary healthcare executive to serve as our Vice President of Physician Operations - Primary Care, Women's & Children's, and Medical Specialties. This newly created executive leadership role will provide strategic and operational oversight for a diverse portfolio of physician practices and ambulatory services, ensuring exceptional patient care, provider engagement, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will partner closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinic leaders, and executive leadership to shape the future of outpatient care across our integrated health system. This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategy, expand access to care, strengthen provider relationships, and drive innovation while making a meaningful impact on the communities we serve throughout northwest Montana.
What You'll Do

As the Vice President of Physician Operations, you will:
  • Provide executive leadership for Primary Care, Women's & Children's, and Medical Specialty clinic operations.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives that improve patient access, operational performance, provider engagement, and clinical excellence.
  • Partner with physician and administrative leaders to achieve organizational goals while fostering collaboration across the health system.

  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, productivity, quality metrics, patient experience, and operational outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and patient safety standards.
  • Represent Logan Health in strategic planning efforts and help navigate the evolving healthcare landscape, including payer dynamics and market opportunities.
