ADB is seeking a VP, People to lead the enterprise People function, spanning Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance. This position sets the strategic direction for the full employee lifecycle, owns the People function's contribution to company financial and operational goals, and directly manages the Leader of HR and the Leader of Talent Acquisition. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Leadership & Strategy- Executive level leader accountable for the strategy, performance, and financial results of the entire People function, including Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance
- Directly manages Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance; sets goals, standards, and accountability for each functional team
- Builds multi-year People strategy that aligns to overall company growth plans and translates into short term, executable business plans
- Scorecard owner of enterprise People KPI's that rolls up to the Chief Administrative Officer and executive leadership scorecard
- Strong presentation skills; creates and presents People strategy, performance data, and business recommendations directly to Senior Leadership and ownership as requested
- Full understanding of People function financials; owns the department budget, proactively manages cost impacts, and drives solutions across all three divisions
- Highly interdependent with other functional leaders and regional operations leadership, ensuring strong relationships and collaboration to achieve overall business goals
Human Resources- Expert understanding of all HR tasks, functions, and processes across the employee lifecycle including Hiring, Retaining, Onboarding, Compliance, Employment Law, Offboarding, and Development
- Directs HR operational strategy in partnership with the Leader of HR to ensure consistent policy administration, compliance, and employee relations outcomes company wide
- Ensures HR practices and programs support ADB's safety, wellness, and culture priorities across every region
Talent Acquisition- Owns full cycle talent acquisition strategy and results, ensuring the Talent Acquisition function meets hiring volume, quality, time to fill, and cost per hire targets
- Partners with regional operations leaders to forecast workforce needs and build proactive pipelines ahead of demand
- Drives continuous improvement of sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience standards across the Talent Acquisition team
Additional Responsibilities- Suggests and executes upon department processes and standards ensuring quality, production, performance, and task initiatives are met across all three divisions
- Upholds ADB's safety culture, leads by example, and drives the philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization
- Leads by example and influences engagement into the ADB culture of community, wellness, development, and inclusion
- Performs other position duties when requested

WORK ENVIRONMENT:- This role operates out of a temperature-controlled office environment
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phones
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:- 10+ years of progressive Human Resource experience across the entire employee lifecycle required
- 5+ years of proven success leading people managers and multiple functional teams, ideally including HR, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
