b7 Evaluate emerging technology and decide what we adopt.
Data & Integration
b7 Own the data architecture that connects production, financial, operational, and customer systems across every operating company.

b7 Champion AI and automation where they improve workflows and decision-making
b7 Set data governance standards as the business grows more dependent on integrated data and AI.
Infrastructure, Security & Risk
b7 Oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, and business continuity.

What We9re Looking For
b7 10-15 years of technology leadership experience, with significant experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or multi-unit hospitality environments
b7 Proven experience leading at least one full ERP implementation or migration as the internal business owner
b7 Demonstrated success building, deploying, or overseeing AI and machine learning solutions operating in production environments
b7 Deep technical expertise with enterprise applications, integrations, data architecture, and system design
b7 Ability to independently evaluate architecture decisions, challenge vendors, and provide technical leadership at both strategic and tactical levels
b7 Strong operational mindset with a focus on business outcomes and execution

b7 Seattle-based or willing to relocate
b7 Ability to work on-site five days per week from our South Lake Union home office
