Job Description
Direct the operation of the Security division in accordance with New Jersey and Company regulations; this position functions as the Security Department Manager pursuant to regulatory requirements.
Oversee all investigations conducted by Security personnel, ensuring that each incident to which a Security department employee is assigned is properly recorded.
Communicate in writing to the credit department of accurate and verifiable information that may be relevant in determining credit worthiness.
Establish, maintain and control capital and operational budgets for areas of responsibility; develop and implement cost control procedures.
Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations for implementation as appropriate.
Provide strategic oversight for Security department; recommend best demonstrated practices and efficiencies to property leadership.
Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.

The salary for this position starts at $120,000.00 USD, which is dependent on several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand.
