Position Title: Vice President of Pediatric Therapies

Schedule:

Full-time position, Monday - Friday with flexibility for hours worked per day

Location: Primary office at our Minnetonka Campus with an average of 2 days per week spent at our Minneapolis sites.

Program Summary: Oversee St. David's Pediatric Therapy services at three agency locations and at community partner location(s), including Speech and Occupational Therapy delivered within outpatient clinics, Early Childhood Day Treatment programs, and in collaboration with Early Childhood Educators, Mental Health Providers, Care Coordinators and Case Managers.

Position Overview:

The Vice President of Pediatric Therapies provides senior leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for St. David's Pediatric Therapy. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborates closely with the Chief Clinical Officer, Directors of Campus Operations and Risk Management, and the Vice President of Early Childhood Day Treatment.

Job Qualifications:

Education
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology with current licensure in Minnesota
• Eligibility to maintain credentials with public and private healthcare payers

Experience
• Minimum five to ten years of progressive leadership experience in pediatric therapy rehabilitation services, or healthcare operations with experience in leading organizational change and program development.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance, licensing standards, healthcare documentation and quality assurance processes.
• Experience supervising clinical leaders and managing through multiple layers of leadership in support of strategic initiatives that resulted in growth, improved outcomes, increased access or operational improvements.
• Demonstrated responsibility for budget development, financial management, productivity monitoring, workforce development and achievement of financial goals.
