Position Overview

Aveniya is seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize all operational functions across the organization. The VP of Operations will be responsible for developing scalable processes, driving operational excellence, overseeing manufacturing and supply chain activities, and ensuring the successful execution of business objectives.

This executive leader will work closely with the CEO, engineering, product development, quality, finance, and commercial teams to transform innovative technologies into efficient, scalable, and commercially successful products. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with deep experience in manufacturing operations, process optimization, quality systems, supply chain management, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing, production, supply chain, logistics, facilities, and quality functions.
  • Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and operational dashboards to monitor efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build scalable operational frameworks that support rapid growth and product commercialization.
Manufacturing & Production
  • Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Drive production planning and capacity management initiatives.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement programs.
  • Optimize workflows, equipment utilization, and production processes.
Supply Chain & Procurement
  • Develop strategic sourcing and supplier management programs.
  • Ensure continuity of supply for critical materials, equipment, and components.
  • Manage inventory strategies to balance availability and working capital objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with key suppliers and partners.
Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations, quality standards, and operational requirements.
  • Partner with quality and engineering teams to maintain robust quality management systems.
  • Lead initiatives focused on risk mitigation, process validation, and operational reliability.

Qualifications
Required
