Job Summary

The Vice President of Operations will oversee multiple corporate dining locations in the NYC area.

The VP of Operations plays a pivotal role as a strategic partner to the corporate leadership team, operational teams, and our clients. They collaborate on strategic planning, business growth and development, financial management, and fostering a culture of excellence.

The core focus areas of this role encompass developing and aligning objectives among R/A and the client portfolio. It involves setting and maintaining high operational standards through the application of extensive business, culinary, and hospitality expertise.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Passion for food and hospitality.
• Proven financial responsibility.
• Proven coaching and teaching skills.
• Proficiency in budget management.
• Familiarity with business scaling and change management.
