Reporting to the CIO, you will lead infrastructure operations across North America, drive modernization initiatives and partner with leaders to support long-term growth through reliable, scalable technology.
Position Responsibilities- Lead infrastructure operations across North America supporting mission-critical supply chain and corporate systems.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure infrastructure supports strategic priorities and operational success.
- Define and execute Uline's technology infrastructure strategy aligned to business growth and long-term objectives.
- Drive modernization across data center, cloud, network and end-user environments to improve scalability, reliability and efficiency.
- Guide infrastructure investment planning, balancing resiliency, performance and cost effectiveness.
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team focused on accountability, succession planning and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree.
- 15+ years of IT infrastructure leadership in large, complex enterprise environments.
- Proven success leading mission-critical infrastructure operations across multiple sites.
- Experience managing a large-scale data center.
- Strong track record of collaboration to align technology strategy with business goals.
- Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
