The Sr Director, IT Business Enablement - Manufacturing & Quality, is responsible for bridging business objectives with IT capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes for the Cytiva Manufacturing and Quality value streams. This role will drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and innovation across enterprise IT initiatives, ensuring technology investments maximize value and accelerate business transformation.
As a member of the IT Business Enablement Leadership team, this role will partner with Manufacturing and Quality leadership and organizations through establishing technology roadmaps, fostering strong partnerships, and embedding agile, process-centric delivery models to own and execute the Manufacturing and Quality IT strategy.
This position reports to the Vice President, IT Business Enablement, and is part of the Information Technology team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:- Serve as the strategic IT partner to Manufacturing and Quality leadership, aligning strategic technology roadmaps, digital initiatives, and transformation programs with business objectives while acting as the primary interface between functional stakeholders and IT delivery organizations.
- Define, govern, and evolve the Manufacturing and Quality technology roadmap, ensuring a modern, integrated, and scalable application landscape that delivers measurable business value, operational excellence, and long-term strategic outcomes.
- Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of strategic technology initiatives, partnering with process owners, value stream leaders, and cross-functional delivery teams to translate business needs into prioritized roadmaps, technology investment, and implementation plans.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement through emerging technologies, advanced analytics, automation, and digital solutions, validating new capabilities through PoCs, business cases, ROI tracking, and value realization across the portfolio.
- Provide enterprise leadership across the Manufacturing and Quality IT portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, delivery excellence, and effective stakeholder engagement throughout the IT Manufacturing and Quality domains.
The essential requirements of the job include:- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field is required. A secondary degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline is strongly preferred to support both operational and strategic leadership responsibilities.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management or general leadership role, ideally with exposure to global project management and/or large-scale capital investment initiatives. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in complex, high-stakes environments.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate complex technology and operational domains. Demonstrates a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset and is comfortable making tough decisions when necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change, manage ambiguity, and maintain focus on key priorities. Brings energy, resilience, and a growth mindset to drive transformation in a dynamic environment.
- Strong operational awareness and the ability to translate technical capabilities into outcomes and delivery plans. Adept at building strategic relationships, understanding stakeholder strategy and needs, and aligning team efforts to deliver impactful solutions. Comfortable operating in a matrixed, global organization.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in- Experience with M&A and Due Diligence focused projects at global and x-functional scale.

The annual salary range for this role is $190k-$260k. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
