  • Reports to: President, ARMC


What You'll Do

To provide administrative leadership within the Department of Patient Services as VP Nursing. Accountable for successful implementation of initiatives in support of the nursing annual operating plan and core nursing care delivery systems. Participates in the development of goals, policies, procedures, and budgets various departments/divisions and ensures appropriate staffing, supplies and equipment, and physician relations. Monitors metrics to validate performance against national, system, and hospital benchmarks and to ensure delivery of competent clinical practice and patient/family experiences are achieved. Directs and oversees program development, performance management, personnel activities, and the provision of services. Supporting the Chief Nurse and Quality Executive's (CNQE) clinical strategic plan. Successful achievement of clinical quality outcomes and patient /family experiences. Ensures a high level of customer service, including patient and family centered initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Educational Degree: Master's Degree
Major/Area of Concentration: Nursing, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field. If Master's degree is not nursing, must have BSN.
Preferred Education: CNP, PhD in Nursing
Required Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: Current Ohio RN license. Executive Leadership Certification: NEA-BC or CENP
Preferred Certifications, Credentials and Licenses:
Required Experience: 5-7 years of extensive and progressive administration experience. 2 years must be at a Director level for more than one service area. Shared leadership principles, and committee development required. Executive Leadership Certification Required: NEA-BC or CENP
