iQor is seeking a proven enterprise seller to generate new business for its expanding portfolio of outsourced sales and growth solutions.
The Vice President of Sales Solutions is a quota-carrying individual contributor responsible for identifying prospects, creating opportunities, developing solutions, and closing new business. This position does not manage a sales team or own corporate strategy. Success in this role comes from selling.
The ideal candidate has experience selling outsourced sales, customer-acquisition, or growth programs for a BPO, sales outsourcing firm, or technology-enabled services provider. They bring relationships, credibility, persistence, and a demonstrated ability to convert complex client needs into signed managed-services agreements.
This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial seller who enjoys opening new markets, creating pipeline from the ground up, and winning business in an emerging delivery category.
What You Will Do
Create Pipeline
- Experience responding to RFPs and delivering compelling business cases
- Proactively pursuing and creating value propositions to open the door for new client acquisition
- Prospect directly into target accounts and establish relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Build qualified pipeline through personal outreach, referrals, industry relationships, events, partners, and coordinated account-based campaigns.
- Identify opportunities within both new-logo prospects and existing iQor client relationships.
- Develop relationships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and other relevant client functions.
- Generate demand for outsourced sales solutions that may not already be familiar to the buyer.
- Maintain consistent prospecting activity rather than depending exclusively on marketing-generated or internally referred leads.
Lead Client Pursuits
- Own opportunities from initial contact through qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Conduct executive-level discovery to understand the client's growth objectives, sales model, customer economics, performance gaps, and operational constraints.
- Identify where outsourced capabilities can improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, expansion, or sales productivity.
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise buying processes.
- Create urgency, establish clear next steps, and maintain momentum throughout long sales cycles.
- Coordinate presentations, solution workshops, site visits, due diligence, and final negotiations.
- Retain ownership of the commercial relationship until the opportunity is contracted and successfully transitioned.

- Connect proposed solutions to the client's conversion rates, sales productivity, customer-acquisition cost, average order value, lifetime value, retention, and growth objectives.
- Develop persuasive financial and operational business cases with support from Finance, Solutions, Analytics, and Operations.
- Demonstrate how an outsourced model can accelerate market entry, improve coverage, provide specialized talent, increase flexibility, or reduce execution risk.
- Present commercial options that may include capacity-based, performance-based, and hybrid pricing.
- Communicate iQor's value clearly to executive, operational, financial, and procurement stakeholders.
Work Cross-Functionally to Win
