Job Summary: Key individual in the support of the entire Business Development team.
Responsibilities: - Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.
- Supports the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
- Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.
- Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
- Coordinates with Company senior staff, peers and senior staff via email, phone, fax and in person.
- Performs policy-making, decision- making and long-range planning with these groups to support goals of the Company.
- Leads staff and management, ensuring all groups work together, trends are monitored and quality is kept to a high standard. Ensures the good of the Company is kept in mind in all management decisions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills Requirements: - 10 or more years of related work experience with sales or sales management experience in a business-to-business.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Master's Degree Preferred.
Physical Requirements: Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
